You must obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card from DPS & a Teacher/Substitute Certificate from ADE.  

Please visit DPS at their website at https://www.azdps.gov/services/public/fingerprint for instructions. You will need to provide two forms of ID or your passport or passport card.
